I. Functional Description

This machine is mainly applicable to the exterior decorative packaging of square box-shaped items in industries such as tobacco, pharmaceuticals, food, health products, cosmetics, and audio-visual products. It is suitable for products including medicine boxes, chewing gum, health supplements, tea, sugar cubes, condoms, erasers, mosquito coils, e-cigarettes, magnetic tapes, VCD/CD discs, playing cards, transparent soaps, square batteries, floppy disks, etc. It provides anti-counterfeiting, moisture-proof, and dust-proof protection, enhances product grade, and increases added value. This machine can be linked with a cartoning machine for integrated production.

III. Operating Procedure

Manually place products onto the material conveyor → Feeding → Bottom film wrapping → Long-side heat sealing of the product → Folding of upper/lower left and right corners → Left/right heat sealing of the product → Upper/lower heat sealing plates of the product → Completion
